Terms of Service for Purlyu

1. Scope

These terms govern use of the Purlyu app and related service. By registering or signing in, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service

Purlyu provides encrypted communication, contacts, member and GPS groups, and optional push notifications. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time.

3. User obligations

• No unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or violence-glorifying content.
• No abuse (spam, automated bulk requests, bypassing security mechanisms).
• No infringement of third-party rights (copyright, personality, trademarks).
• Location and contact sharing only within system permissions and app features.

4. Content and moderation

Users are responsible for their content. We may suspend or delete accounts for violations. Illegal content may be reported to the operator via in-app reporting.

5. Account and termination

You may delete your profile in the app. We may terminate accounts for serious violations or legal reasons.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages where permitted by law.

7. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For merchants, the courts at the operator’s seat have jurisdiction where permitted.

As a consumer residing in the European Union, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
